Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BingGoPH ("BingGoPH," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the BingGoPH platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the BingGoPH platform.
By accessing or using the BingGoPH website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use BingGoPH, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: BingGoPH strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
To access the full features of BingGoPH, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one BingGoPH account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. BingGoPH employs technical and manual verification measures to detect multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, BingGoPH reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BingGoPH account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. BingGoPH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify BingGoPH immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
BingGoPH is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time BingGoPH deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
BingGoPH currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). BingGoPH does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your BingGoPH account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. BingGoPH does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. BingGoPH reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. BingGoPH will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to BingGoPH's internal review procedures. BingGoPH reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. BingGoPH reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. You will be notified prior to the application of any inactivity fee.
All bets placed on BingGoPH are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. BingGoPH reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from BingGoPH. BingGoPH reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at BingGoPH's discretion unless the Platform explicitly offers in-play betting for that market.
Winnings are credited to your BingGoPH account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game. BingGoPH reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or breach of these Terms. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day, as published on the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, BingGoPH reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. BingGoPH's decision in such matters is final.
BingGoPH may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be published alongside each offer.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using BingGoPH:
BingGoPH cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user concerned.
All content on the BingGoPH Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of BingGoPH or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BingGoPH Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any BingGoPH content without prior written authorisation.
BingGoPH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on BingGoPH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BingGoPH does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. BingGoPH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your BingGoPH account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude BingGoPH's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
BingGoPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if BingGoPH reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a competent regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account, any pending bets that were placed in good faith prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Any balance remaining in your account following settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to BingGoPH.
You may close your BingGoPH account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
BingGoPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, BingGoPH will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the contact details held on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the BingGoPH Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and BingGoPH, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
