If BingGoPH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be reviewed, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities. Any funds held in such an account will be frozen pending investigation.
